He could not save the Cottagers from relegation, but after a run of three wins in his last four games, the Englishman has earned the job on a permanent basis.Fulham chairman Shahid Khan praised the former midfielder for transforming the west Londoners into a better club during his brief spell in charge.The business tycoon has now tasked Parker with delivering an immediate return to the Premier League next season.
