Real Madrid are ready to include James Rodriguez in a deal to sign Christian Eriksen from Tottenham, according to reports.Los Blancos have been strongly linked with the Danish playmaker and were reportedly weighing up a 100million bid to acquire his servicesearlier this month.2

Rodriguez is currently on loan at Bayern Munich

Now, according to Spanish news outletAS,Bernebeu chiefs are willing to include Rodriguez in a part-exchange offer for Eriksen in order to cheapen Spurs’ asking price for the Dane.The midfielder had a solid first season with Bayern, netting seven goals and 11 assists in 23 Bundesliga matches, but has fallen out of favour in Bavaria this term under Niko Kovac.He has featured just 12 times in all competitions and only finished the full 90 minutes on one occasion. The 27-year-old has also been regularly hampered by ankle issues and a knee ligament injury, and although Bayern do have a 36million option to buy him permanently they are unlikely to do so.Despite his injuries AS have reported a number of clubs remain interested in the Real Madrid outcast, including Arsenal, Juventus and Napoli.And ifEriksen continues to stall on signing a new dealwith Spurs, the offer could be too tempting for Mauricio Pochettino to refuse.2
